The June 2024 Box

The Theme: Summer Loving

The box includes snacks and foods to help you enjoy summer, whether you're spending days at the pool or traveling around the world.

What's Inside:

(1) BFree makes fantastically bendy tortillas and wraps that travel well inside a suitcase. The wrap are irresistibly soft, flexible, and best of all, certified gluten-free! I love the taste and texture of the wraps. And check out Bfree's bold new packaging!

(2) eat GANGSTER makes allergy-friendly baking mixes with better-for-you ingredients. I included the Cinnawin Spice mix inside the June box so subscribers could make AIP-friendly layer cakes, cupcakes, or muffins.

GANGSTER is an acronym for Grain-free, Almond & Peanut-free, Nightshade-free, Gluten-free, Soy & Seed-free, Tasteful, Egg & Dairy-free, and Real food.

Please note that these mixes are made with tiger nut flour, a root vegetable, not a nut.

(3) Flax4Life makes soft and delicious chocolate brownies from Flax4Life. Flaxseed is the main ingredient in these brownies. This means it's loaded with omega-3s, fiber, and protein, making it a nutritious and delicious allergy-friendly treat!

(4) The Good Crisp Company makes tasty chips using only clean and simple ingredients and nothing artificial.

You’ve probably seen the company’s Pringle-like chip canisters at the grocery store, and now the company offers super crunchy crinkle-cut potato chips in a bag. I think you’ll love snacking on these tasty chips all summer long.

(5) Good To-Go meals are perfect for backpacking, hiking, traveling, or a day at the office. I even wrote about them in my article, 6 Gluten-Free Portable Freeze-Dried Backpacking Meals.

These dehydrated meals fit perfectly in your purse or suitcase and can be taken with you when hiking, camping, or wherever your travels take you. If you get stuck in the airport, no problem. You have a safe meal in your pocket.

They come in many fun flavors (check 'em out online to see the variety) and are made with better-for-you ingredients. I love this brand so much that I couldn't wait to feature it in a Love Me Gluten Free box.

(6) King Arthur is the #1 gluten-free baking brand, and with good reason. They make delicious products the gluten-free community can really sink its teeth into.

I especially love the company’s warm, fudgy, single-serve super fudge brownie cups. Add a little water, stick them in the microwave, and voila! You have a delicious on-the-go dessert. Warning: These cups are for chocolate lovers only!

(7) Litehouse freeze-dried herbs are picked fresh, flash-frozen, and freeze-dried so they taste fresh and delicious every time. These particular herbs are also labeled gluten-free - sweet!

Guacamole is a must-eat summer snack, so I wanted my subscribers to be able to easily make it fresh at home. To use the Litehouse Guacamole Herb Blend, fork-mash an avocado and then top it with a squeeze of lime and a dash of the herbs found inside the June 2024 box.

(8) The New Primal makes meat sticks made with no sugar, all-natural ingredients, and they're certified gluten-free, too!

(10) Yumbana is a family-owned business makes tasty cakes, muffins, pies, and cookies. Yumbana products have been part of my family's celebrations for a long, long time!
